We are thrilled to announce:
we are expecting another baby!
I am 8 weeks along, due in September and absolutely over-the-moon thrilled!
Some frequent questions… just in case you’re also wondering:
was this planned? Yes, actually we had been hoping and praying for another baby since August – but God chose this to be the perfect time for us.
Will you deliver here or there? We plan on delivering in dubai since Audrey will be in school… the hospital facilities, delivery doctors & nurses are of better quality than abu dhabi, but the prenatal care will be done here in ad and are very satisfied with the doctor we have chosen here… {a german lady}.. I have a little trouble understanding her, but I’m not overly worried since I’ve kinda done this before. however, Charles does say that he is disappointed that this child will not be able to run for president since he/she wasn’t born in the usa… hilarious.
are you still going to go to the usa for the summer? of course. we wouldn’t miss it and are so thankful that we can spend a long wonderful summer with our families before ours changes significantly.
are you going to find out what it is? yes, definitely… I cannot help it, I’m a planner – and besides, if I didn’t find out it would completely hinder my shopping while in the usa this summer. totally unacceptable
How are you feeling? I am experiencing normal first trimester stuff… queasiness, tired, etc.. just enough to let me know that things are happening with pregnancy, but not to the point of misery. after seeing and hearing the heartbeat I am very relieved and super excited!
what did the kids say? will is clueless {shocker} but Audrey's reaction will bless my heart forever. she was so happy she cried. twice.

I guess on the third your body goes into “auto pilot” mode and just BAM pops out?! whoa mama!!

and last, but not least… I wanted to share with y’all my prayer that I rolled up tightly and placed in the “wall” on our recent vacation …and just 25 days later I was overjoyed by the answer… a positive test that dropped me to my knees!
can I get an AMEN!?
