The Park and Paradise

So FINALLY! we had a wonderful day getting to see some of the stuff we had been hoping to.  Colette, my Fluor wife contact aka ‘pen pal’ friend actually got to meet in person!  We had a wonderful day and it was more than comforting to know I have a friend here.. She showed me where the ‘good stuff’ is.  We took the kids to a park, well a cluster of parks nearby.  it is one big area that has several parks within just a few steps away from one another… it so nice since they get tired of one and the next one is just a hop,skip and a jump away.  She brought her daughter, Lauren and newborn, Matthew to the park and since Lauren is between the ages of Audrey and Will they all played together so well… the kids had a ball. 

BIG SMILES on my girl’s face is all I needed to see today.

Once we left there we headed over to the Hilton Beach Club.. this is where the paradise comes in.. oh my goshhhhhh. gorgeous!!!there is a workout facility, hair salon, spa, pools, restaurants, tennis courts and private beach access as well as water sports like boat rentals and wave runner rentals… I’ll shut up now and let you just look for yourself…

my kids could play at the beach all day – i love that will was so easily entertained and if he would have been wearing his floatie and swimsuit, he would have gotten into no trouble at all.. could have spent hours playing in the sand and water… oh and there is an ice cream stand out there you can get popsicles and ice cream treats too.. I didn’t get a picture of that

the kids played on the massage area like it was a stage.. notice will’s wet bottom.. i had to drag him away from the water he was ready to swim

NOW WER’RE TALKING!! Charles wanted to join this before we arrived, but I said to just wait, because the price was so high.. now that I’m looking at the sheet he thought it cost double than what it actually does.. so guess where we’ll be hanging out!!? :)
