Audrey Reading a Scholastic Bob Book
My mom sent these books in our latest care package for Audrey. I had never heard of them before, but I tell ya, I adore them! They are sooooo simple and basic, but a great confidence builder for beginner readers. Love it~!

BOB books are amazing!!! My older daughter learned to read with them at age 3 1/2. She's in the first grade now and her reading level is beginning of 4th grade :) My niece and nephew also used them to learn to read. They are such amazing books. I was so impressed I actually wrote to the lady who started BOB books and told her that it brought tears to my eyes to hear my daughter read for the first time! Keep them up - we went through the whole series before KG and she was reading chapter books in Kindergarten :) That is fabulous that your mom sent them to you!!

How sweet! Adriana learned to read on Bob books too. She loved them. She just found them the other day while cleaning out her closet and said, "Mom, we can get rid of these. I can read way harder books now." :)
