Lost Footage – Rome, Italy

ok, so it wasn’t really “lost” I just failed to upload it until now. total slacker, yes. that is me.

This first one is our hilarious waiter in Rome.  We had a fabulous dinner outside next to another American family.  The guy ended up picking up our tab in secret – when we went to pay, it was done and he was long gone. We all agreed that when we are older and in more of a position to do this – we will do this for other young travelers…

This quick video is of the collosseum in Rome… we were always in a hurry to fit it all in. running and going.. so that is why the videos are just a snippet really.  we stayed there a while just awestruck by how in the world they built it and tried to visualize the reality of what went on there. mind blowing.

 

 

this one was at that same dinner as the first video – this guy was playing italian music and by now.. our 2nd day we learned that if you make eye contact, you gotta fork over the dough :) the music was so romantic!
