Her and Will's stats were the same today both in the 90% for height and both in 50% for weight.
Doc said that if she continues to grow at this curve she is predicted to be 5'8" which to me is gigantic-ly tall.. she would be 1/2 a foot taller than me. woah.
Dr. McDavitt didn't mention on Will since he is still so young.
All in all they looked healthy as horses - I brought up a concern about Audrey's extremely loud snoring and broken up breathing patterns at night and she feels that it is probably sleep apnea and will have to get her adnoids and tonsils removed soon since it puts a difficult strain on the heart when they have the interrupted breathing for long periods of time like this. awe... my poor little baby!!
They each got 4 shots and Audrey had an additional TB test.. so all in all there were 9 "CRICKS" within a couple of minutes. As always, Will does really well with this.. which is such a mystery to me since he is whining and crying all day long and goes to get a shot and you hardly hear a peep. literally he didn't even flinch after the first shot. The second one was a stinger, as the nurse said, so naturally he was upset about that and after 2 more and about 30 seconds later he was fine.
In true drama nature Audrey was running from me, screaming at the top of her lungs and Will won't let me put him down since he had just gotten his "cricks".. it was a difficult moment, but fleeting.. it was over very quickly, then Audrey proceeded to pretend that her legs were impared and screamed and sobbed all the way out the door. Oh dear.
As promised before hand we headed to Sonic and got lunch and ice cream and of course had the ice cream first. (*There is a sonic in the same parking lot as the Dr's office.. so nice!)
Will is now sleeping, Audrey is content on the couch with Barbie and the Mermaid Tale movie and all is good.
I won't let them spoil the golden day here... Today is the best day and it happens 2x's a month in my house - When the stars and moon align: The housekeeper and yard guys come all at the same time.. It is glorious. If I listen hard enough I'm sure I could hear the angels singing... (once a quarter the pest control guy, yard guy and housekeeper are all here on the same day.. even more glorious!)
