Having a little fun while practicing piping.. next week will be WILD as I have to decorate about 160 cookies for birthdays and valentines day.. I am praying that they all turn out well!

Hey! So apparently, I stink at baking cookies.. they aren't my forte. I'm going to be making some fleur de lis cookies, like your saints ones. My cookies keep baking flat, and then look like a blob. How in the world do you get them to stay thick?
