Him: Long & Lean / Her: Whining Machine

Our little man had his two week well visit and here are his stats:
Head: 20th percentile
Weight: 40th percentile (8lbs 7oz)
Length: 93rd percentile

He obviously takes after me! :) ha ha.. this one's got daddy's genes too! Good thing, because we joked about Audrey being tall and thin and that Will would probably end up taking after me - but apparently that isn't the case..

Doctor says he's a really healthy little boy (which is all that really matters!) He is eating well and sleeping well and rarely fusses at this point - which is more than I can say for his super whiny big sister -

She cries 10 x's more often than he does.. The whiny stage is driving me nuts! We're working on it and the goal is to keep her busy so she doesn't even think about wining.. (now that gene is from me when I was her age - according to my mother). What goes around comes around! Beyond the whining and crying she is learning so much! We practice ABC's and counting daily and she recognizes the letters of the alphabet and can count to 15 or so- she gets some letters confused with each other like: X and K ... P and B .. mainly because they look alike. She also surprised me by counting to five in Spanish the other day! I had no idea she could do that - Go Diego Go! taught her that one... I cannot take credit for it. ha.
