Simplify the Meal Plan

Okay - for some reason, I feel like I've "got it together" for week night meals... maybe because of routine and the planning ahead that I do for them - but when it comes to weekend nights I am usually scrambling and scrounging around for something to feed my husband and daughter. So here's the plan to help alleviate some of that: Friday night is always Pizza - whether we make it from scratch, get it out of the freezer or we call Papa Johns - we are having pizza on Friday night. Sunday night is also a (sort of new) family tradition: Breakfast for dinner. We love breakfast foods, but have no time M-F to make that (Charles gets up WAY too early for me) and Sunday we rush out the door for church, we're lucky if we get canned biscuits. So anyway, I thought I'd share with y'all what has been working for me for the past month or so.

That is SO funny! We are doing the same thing - well, that's the "plan" unless something better comes along. You should share some pizza making tips. So far, I haven't loved home made pizza.

We used to do taco tuesdays....pizza on Sundays - I love the breakfast for dinner Idears!!
